Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
For the Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For the frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.
