2 cups heavy cream (full-fat)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
Heat the Cream
In a saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to simmer. Do not let it come to a full boil.
Add Sugar
Stir in the granulated sugar until it completely dissolves into the cream, creating a smooth mixture.
Add Lemon Juice

Cool and Set
