Surf and Turf Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients :
8 oz lo mein noodles
1/2 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
• 🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Cook the Noodles
Boil noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet. Cook steak until browned, then remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp to the same pan and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
4️⃣ Build the Stir-Fry
Add garlic, ginger, carrots, and spinach. Stir-fry briefly, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin.
5️⃣ Combine Everything
Return noodles, steak, and shrimp to the pan. Toss until evenly coated and heated through. Finish with sesame oil.
