Strawberry Crackle Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed pineapple drained
1 cup pecans chopped
1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1.Wash and slice the strawberries, chop the pecans, and set aside.
2.In a large bowl, combine strawberries, mini marshmallows, and pecans. Add drained crushed pineapple and fold gently.
3.In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Pour over salad base and fold gently.
4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes. Fold in Rice Krispies just before serving.
