Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
Servings: 8–10
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
6 regular Snickers bars, chopped
½ cup caramel sauce, divided
¼ cup chopped peanuts, optional
Extra chopped Snickers for garnish, optional
Instructions
Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until it begins to thicken.
Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and evenly combined.
Reserve some chopped Snickers for garnish, then fold the remaining candy into the creamy mixture.
Drizzle in half of the caramel sauce and gently swirl it through the fluff.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, top with the remaining caramel sauce, reserved Snickers pieces, and chopped peanuts.
Optional Apple Variation
Fold 2 cups diced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples into the mixture along with the Snickers pieces for a crunchy caramel apple version.
Tips
Chill the Snickers bars before chopping to make them easier to cut.
Use softened cream cheese for a smooth, lump-free filling.
Fold the whipped topping gently to keep the dessert fluffy.
Save the final caramel drizzle and candy garnish until serving.
Keep leftovers covered and refrigerated.
Storage
Store the dessert in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3–4 days for the best quality.
