Place cabbage wedges and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.Season the chicken. Pat drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.Assemble. Place chicken on top of the vegetables.Add flavor. Mix melted butter, garlic, and broth. Pour evenly over everything.Cook.
