Shrimp & Steak Fajita Bowl with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
• 300 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 250 g beef steak, cut into bite-size strips
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
For the Sauce
• ½ cup creamy cheese sauce or nacho cheese
Optional Garnish
• Fresh parsley, chopped
Easy Instructions
Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with spices and cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
Add remaining olive oil and butter to the pan.
Cook onions and bell peppers 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
Add Garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp to the skillet, season lightly, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Combine Everything
Return the steak to the pan and toss with the shrimp and vegetables.
Finish with Sauce
Transfer to a bowl or tray and drizzle warm creamy cheese sauce over the top.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
