shrimp and cheese spring rolls recipe

📝 Ingredients :
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
8 egg roll wrappers
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes until just pink. Chop into bite-size pieces.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix shrimp with mozzarella and cream cheese until creamy and well combined.
3️⃣ Roll the Shrimp Rolls
Place filling onto each wrapper, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal edges with a little water.
4️⃣ Fry to Golden
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry shrimp rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
