Ingredients• 1 lb ground beef• 4 cups green cabbage, chopped• 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced• 3 green onions, sliced• 3 cloves garlic, minced• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated• 3 tbsp soy sauce• 1 tbsp oyster sauce• 1 tsp sesame oil• 1 tbsp vegetable oil• Salt and black pepper, to tasteDirectionsHeat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef until browned, then add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. Stir in cabbage and carrots and cook until slightly tender. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and cook 3–4 minutes. Finish with green onions and serve hot.
