Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup pretzel crumbs
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, pretzel crumbs, caramel sauce, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes, until firm enough to handle.
Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Dip each cheesecake ball in melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place dipped balls on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle some sea salt on top of the chocolate before it sets.
You can use white chocolate instead of regular for a different flavor.
