1/2 cup white onion sliced
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls
12 slices provolone or Swiss Cheese
1 tablespoon butter melted
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions:
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the steak, green pepper, onion, and thyme till the meat is no longer pink. Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and stir.

Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Spoon the steak over the rolls and top with the cheese. Use all the cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with half the parsley.
