Ingredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1 pound thinly sliced steak meat chopped1 green pepper thinly sliced1/2 cup white onion sliced1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme minced1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground pepper1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 package 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls12 slices provolone or Swiss Cheese1 tablespoon butter melted1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon brown sugar1 tablespoon minced parsleyInstructions:Heat the oil in a pan and cook the steak, green pepper, onion, and thyme till the meat is no longer pink. Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and stir.Heat the oven to 350° and spray a pan with cooking spray.Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Spoon the steak over the rolls and top with the cheese. Use all the cheese.Place the tops of the rolls back on.In a small bowl combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with half the parsley.Cover with tinfoil and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the tinfoil and continue baking for 5 minutes.Remove and sprinkle with more parsley.Serve immediately.
