No-Bake Cookie, Cream and Caramel Dessert 🍪🍮

Ingredients
Base:
• 200 g Maria or digestive biscuits
• 100 g melted butter
Cream Layer:
• 400 g cream cheese
• 200 ml whipping cream
• 100 g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toffee Layer:
• 300 g dulce de leche or caramel sauce
Directions
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base, then chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled base. Pour the caramel or dulce de leche on top and smooth it out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set before slicing.
