No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Peanut Butter Pie

🧾 Ingredients
Cookie Crust
2½ cups chocolate chip cookies (crushed)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Peanut Butter Layer
1 cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Whipped Topping
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Topping
Crushed chocolate chip cookies
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust
Crush cookies into coarse crumbs.
Mix with melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish or glass casserole.
Chill 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Peanut Butter Layer
Beat peanut butter + powdered sugar until smooth.
Whip 1 cup heavy cream + vanilla to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
Spread evenly over crust.
3️⃣ Chocolate Ganache
Heat ½ cup heavy cream until hot (not boiling).
Pour over chocolate chips.
Let sit 2 minutes, then stir smooth.
Spread gently over peanut butter layer.
4️⃣ Whipped Cream Layer
Whip 1½ cups heavy cream + powdered sugar + vanilla to stiff peaks.
Spread over chocolate layer.
5️⃣ Finish & Chill
Sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
Chill at least 4 hours (overnight = perfect slices).
