No-Bake Buckeye Bars

Ingredients
Crust
• 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
Peanut Butter Layer
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
• 1½ cups chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp butter
Directions
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a lined 9×13-inch pan and chill 10 minutes.
Stir peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust and chill 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips with butter until smooth, then spread over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm, then cut into bars.
