👩‍🍳 Directions
➡️ Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
➡️ Cook the spaghetti: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
➡️ Brown the beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
➡️ Add the vegetables: Stir in the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
➡️ Make the tomato sauce: Pour in the tomato sauce and water. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and a little sugar to taste. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened and flavorful.
➡️ Prepare the Alfredo sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
➡️ Make it creamy: Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt. Continue stirring until the Alfredo sauce is smooth and creamy.
➡️ Coat the spaghetti: Add the cooked spaghetti to the Alfredo sauce and toss until every strand is well coated.
➡️ Assemble the casserole: Spread the creamy Alfredo spaghetti evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spoon the beef and tomato sauce over the pasta.
➡️ Bake: Bake until the casserole is heated through, bubbling around the edges, and lightly golden on top.
➡️ Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy! 🍝🧀
Chef’s Tip: Cook your spaghetti only until al dente. It will continue cooking in the oven, helping it stay tender without becoming too soft.
