Meat Lovers Pizza Bread

Ingredients
For the Bread & Meats
1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
½ lb Italian sausage, browned and drained
½ cup pepperoni slices
¼ cup cooked bacon bits
¼ cup diced ham
1 cup pizza sauce
For the Cheesy Layer
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Serves: 4–6
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12–15 minutes
How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over each bread half. Distribute the browned Italian sausage, diced ham, and bacon bits over the sauce. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese. Finish with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. For extra crispiness, broil for the final 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
💡 Tip:
To prevent soggy bread, lightly toast the bread for 3 to 5 minutes before adding the sauce and toppings. For a stuffed “boat-style” version, cut a shallow rectangle from the center of the bread and press down slightly to hold more toppings.
🧊 Storage Tip:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F to keep the crust crispy.
