Magic Lemon Cobbler

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 21 oz can lemon pie filling
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place the butter in a 9x9-inch baking dish and melt it in the oven for about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the sugar and mix again.
4. Stir in the buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until just combined.
5. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
6. Drop dollops of lemon pie filling over the top.
7. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the edges are golden.
8. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving and enjoy its magic!
