Cook the potatoesHeat oil in a pan (preferably cast iron).Add diced potatoes.Cook on medium heat 10β15 min until golden & crispy.Remove and set aside.2. Cook the beefIn the same pan, add ground beef.Cook until browned.Add onion + garlic β cook 2β3 min.Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.3. CombineAdd the crispy potatoes back into the pan.Mix everything well.4. Add cheeseSprinkle cheddar cheese on top.Cover pan for 2β3 minutes until melted.5.
