Loaded Cajun Shrimp Boil Bowl

📝 Ingredients :
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 smoked sausages, sliced
2 ears corn, cut into chunks
2 cups baby potatoes
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Boil the Potatoes & Corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil—cook potatoes for 10–12 minutes, then add corn and cook until tender.
2️⃣ Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet, sauté sausage slices until browned and slightly crispy—this builds a smoky, savory base.
3️⃣ Season the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper—ensuring bold flavor in every bite of shrimp.
4️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and juicy—remove and set aside to keep shrimp tender.
5️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic with chili flakes—creating a rich, spicy Cajun butter sauce.
6️⃣ Combine Everything
Add potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp back to the skillet—toss well to coat everything in the buttery sauce.
7️⃣ Finish with Lemon
Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp boil and mix gently—adding brightness to balance the rich flavors.
8️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot—this shrimp boil is best enjoyed fresh and loaded with flavor.
