Loaded Bacon Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Breadstick Bombs

Servings: 10–12 bombs
🛒 Ingredients
Filling
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
6–8 slices bacon, cooked crispy & crumbled
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Dough
1 can refrigerated breadstick dough (or pizza dough, cut into squares)
Topping
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Extra bacon bits (for topping)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix:
Shredded chicken
Alfredo sauce
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Bacon
Garlic powder, pepper & Italian seasoning
Mix until creamy and well combined.
2️⃣ Assemble the Bombs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease it
Separate breadstick dough and flatten each piece slightly
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling into the center
Wrap dough around filling and pinch tightly to seal
Place seam-side down in baking dish
3️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter with garlic powder
Brush generously over each bomb
4️⃣ Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes
Until golden brown and cheese is bubbly
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with parsley and extra bacon
Let cool 5 minutes before serving (cheese is HOT!)
