knorr spinach dip recipe​

Ingredients:

1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
16 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Optional Add-ins: shredded cheese, chopped nuts, red pepper flakes (for extra flavor)

Instructions:

Prepare the Spinach:Thaw the frozen spinach and drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture. Squeeze out any remaining water using a clean towel or your hands.
Mix the Base:In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix. Add water and stir until smooth.
Add Spinach and Green Onions:Stir in the drained spinach and chopped green onions. Mix until evenly combined.
Chill:Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve and Enjoy:Serve with crackers, pita bread, fresh veggies, or tortilla chips. Enjoy the creamy goodness!
