Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup whipped cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup powdered sugar
chopped kiwi (optional)
chopped strawberry (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Add the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts, mixing gently.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For added sweetness, you can adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
This salad is best served cold.
