Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips

These Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips are a quick, flavor-packed meal that tastes like something from a steakhouse. Tender strips of steak sear in a hot grill pan and get coated in a sweet, sticky honey glaze with a savory finish. It’s one of those simple dishes my family always asks for again.
Ingredients
1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat a grill pan or heavy skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
Toss steak strips with olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
Add steak to the hot pan in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the pan.
Stir in honey and soy sauce, tossing the steak to coat evenly.
Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens and lightly caramelizes on the steak.
Remove from heat and let rest 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
