Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf

Ingredients
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup whole milk
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ cup marinara sauce
• 2 tbsp melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic, onion, half of the Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Spread marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Drizzle melted butter over the loaf. Bake 50–60 minutes until cooked through and golden on top. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
