Garlic Butter Shrimp Boil Tray
📝 Ingredients :
2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 ears corn, cut into halves
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Cook the Corn
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and cook 7–8 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Season the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry and season with paprika, Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden.
4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Stir until melted and fragrant, then add lemon juice and zest.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve
Add corn back in or transfer to a tray. Pour garlic butter sauce over everything and sprinkle parsley.
