Garlic Butter Shrimp and Corn Skillet

📝 Ingredients :
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 cups corn kernels
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Heat the Base
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
2️⃣ Sauté the Garlic
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and lightly golden.
4️⃣ Add the Corn
Stir in corn, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through and slightly caramelized.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Add parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, then serve hot.
