Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet

Easy, Juicy, Irresistible
This Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet is the kind of dinner that feels fancy but comes together fast. Tender chicken bites simmered in a rich, buttery garlic sauce—simple ingredients, big comfort, and totally weeknight-friendly.
🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken
1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into large cubes
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For the garlic butter sauce
4 tbsp unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup heavy cream
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear on all sides until golden, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well, scraping up the browned bits from the pan.
Return chicken to the skillet. Simmer 5–7 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken, until cooked through and saucy.
Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes if using. Serve hot.
