Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
For the Parmesan Pasta:
8 oz pasta of choice (fettuccine, penne, or similar)
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
2. Prepare the Pasta
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water following the package directions until tender but still slightly firm. Reserve about ½ cup pasta water before draining.
3. Make the Parmesan Sauce
Using the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook briefly until aromatic. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth. If needed, stir in some reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until coated. Return the chicken pieces to the skillet and gently mix together. Simmer briefly so the flavors blend.
5. Serve
Top with fresh parsley and enjoy this rich, creamy garlic Parmesan pasta dish while warm.
