Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef for 6 to 8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add butter and garlic to the skillet, then cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and milk. Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and provolone until melted and creamy.
Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Top with parsley and serve warm. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
