1 lb sea scallops, cleaned & patted dry
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Prep the Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish—this ensures even cooking and easy cleanup.
2️⃣ Prepare the Scallops
Pat scallops very dry and arrange in a single layer—this helps achieve a perfect tender texture.
