Easter Cake Roll

This festive Easter Cake Roll is light, fluffy, and filled with sweet creamy goodness — decorated with colorful sprinkles for the perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients
• 4 large eggs
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ⅜ cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup white chocolate, melted
• ½ cup pastel sprinkles or mini chocolate eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale, then mix in vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently fold into the batter. Spread evenly in the pan and bake 10–12 minutes.
Turn cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll it up while warm. Let cool completely. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and mix in melted white chocolate. Unroll cake, spread filling evenly, then roll back up.
Decorate with sprinkles or Easter candies and chill before slicing.
