Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4-6 hours
Servings: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
24-30 frozen meatballs (or homemade)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
5-6 pepperoncini peppers
Optional: garlic, onion powder to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs: If using frozen meatballs, no need to thaw—just add them directly to the Crockpot. If making homemade, brown them lightly before adding them to the Crockpot for better texture.
Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix. Stir until well mixed.
Add Ingredients to the Crockpot: Pour the seasoning mix into the Crockpot. Place the stick of butter on top of the seasoning mixture. Add the pepperoncini peppers to the pot.
Add Meatballs: Gently add the meatballs to the Crockpot and stir them to coat them in the sauce mixture.
Cook: Cover and set the Crockpot to cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the meatballs soak up the sauce.
Serve: Once the meatballs are tender and the sauce has thickened, they’re ready to serve! Enjoy them on their own or pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or sub rolls.
Enjoy your delicious Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs!
