Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

These Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are perfectly golden on the outside with soft, fluffy centers and packed with rich garlic parmesan flavor. They make an irresistible snack, side dish, or appetizer that everyone will keep reaching for.
🛒 Ingredients
Serves 4–6
4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Optional Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing or garlic aioli
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the potatoes well and slice them into evenly sized wedges.
Place the wedges into a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are fully coated.
Spread the wedges out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning the wedges halfway through cooking, until they become crisp and deeply golden around the edges.
As soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the hot wedges so it melts slightly into the potatoes.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with ranch or garlic aioli for dipping.
