Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

📝 Ingredients :
8 oz (250 g) fettuccine pasta
2 salmon fillets
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp dried parsley (plus extra for garnish)
Optional: 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon
Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Sear in olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
Lower heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Combine Everything
Add pasta to the sauce and toss well. Use a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen. Return salmon and shrimp on top and spoon sauce over.
6️⃣ Finish & Serve
Garnish with parsley and black pepper. Serve hot with extra creamy sauce over the shrimp and salmon.
