Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz feta cheese
½ cup pitted Kalamata olives, drained
½ cup pitted green olives, drained
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Optional Garnishes
Chopped Kalamata olives
Sliced green olives
Crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley or dill
Lemon zest
Red pepper flakes
Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Drain the olives thoroughly and allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
Blend the creamy base: Add the cream cheese, feta, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the olives: Add the Kalamata olives, green olives, garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using.
Process the dip: Pulse until the olives are finely chopped and incorporated. For a smoother dip, blend longer. For a chunkier texture, pulse only a few times.
Adjust the flavor: Taste and add more lemon juice, black pepper, or red pepper flakes if desired. Avoid adding salt until you've tasted the dip because the olives and feta are already salty.
Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
Garnish and serve: Drizzle with olive oil and top with chopped olives, crumbled feta, parsley, and lemon zest.

Recipe Tips
Drain your olives well to prevent a watery dip.
Use softened cream cheese for the smoothest texture.
Reserve a few olives and some feta for garnish.
Add extra red pepper flakes if you prefer a spicy olive dip.
For a lighter, tangier texture, replace part of the cream cheese with thick Greek yogurt.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within about 3–4 days.
