Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Fettuccine

Ingredients:
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Let simmer for 4–5 minutes.
Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
Add cooked pasta and toss until coated in the sauce.
Serve chicken over pasta, garnish with parsley, and drizzle extra sauce on top.
