Ingredients:2 steak fillets2 cups baby potatoes (halved)3 tbsp butter3 garlic cloves (minced)½ cup heavy creamSalt & black pepper1 tsp paprika1 tbsp olive oilFresh parsley (optional)Instructions:Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for about 25–30 minutes until golden.Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan with 1 tbsp butter for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your liking). Remove and rest.In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add cream and simmer until slightly thick.Slice steak and serve with roasted potatoes. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the steak and garnish with parsley.
