Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Roasted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 steak fillets
2 cups baby potatoes (halved)
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ cup heavy cream
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for about 25–30 minutes until golden.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan with 1 tbsp butter for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your liking). Remove and rest.
In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add cream and simmer until slightly thick.
Slice steak and serve with roasted potatoes. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the steak and garnish with parsley.
