Creamy Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp

•📝 Ingredients :
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 🍽️ How to Make It :
Preheat and Prepare
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
Season the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Arrange in a single layer in the baking dish. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika for balanced flavor.
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir well until fully blended.
Coat the Shrimp
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, making sure each piece is well coated for maximum flavor.
Add the Cream
Slowly pour heavy cream around and over the shrimp to create a rich, silky base for baking.
Add the Cheese Topping
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the shrimp, then finish with Parmesan. This creates a melty layer with a lightly golden crust.
Bake Until Bubbly
Place dish in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until shrimp are pink, cooked through, and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Broil for Finish (Optional)
For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end until lightly browned. Watch closely to avoid burning.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately while hot and creamy.
