Creamy Crab & Shrimp Seafood Bisque

📝 Ingredients:
2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
1 medium onion (150 g), finely chopped
2 celery stalks (100 g), finely chopped
2 cloves garlic (6 g), minced
1 lb (450 g) crab meat
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 cups (960 ml) seafood stock
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Sauté the Base – In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood – Stir in crab meat and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque (2–3 minutes).
3️⃣ Build the Broth – Pour in seafood stock. Bring to a simmer and let flavors meld for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Creamy Finish – Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt & pepper. Simmer gently for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish – Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with crusty bread or oyster crackers.
