Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

🧾 Ingredients
Lasagna Rolls
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1½ cups ricotta cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Alfredo Sauce
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Noodles
Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente
Drain and lay flat to cool
2️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter over medium heat
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds
Add heavy cream and simmer 5 minutes
Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Remove from heat
3️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix:
Chicken
Ricotta
1 cup mozzarella
Parmesan
Egg
Parsley
Garlic powder & Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
4️⃣ Assemble the Rolls
Spread filling evenly over each noodle
Roll tightly
Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish
5️⃣ Sauce & Bake
Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top
Cover with foil
Bake at 375°F (190°C)
20 minutes covered
10–15 minutes uncovered until golden and bubbly
