Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk1 cup white rum (optional)1 teaspoon ground cinnamon½ teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.Blend until completely smooth and creamy.Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.Pour into clean glass bottles or jars.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.Shake well before pouring and serve chilled.
Notes
For an alcohol-free version, replace rum with coconut milk or coconut water.Flavor improves after resting overnight in the refrigerator.Natural separation may occur—always shake before serving.
