Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
2 cups broccoli stir fry vegetables
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice according to the package directions.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the broccoli stir fry vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce and simmer for a few minutes until everything is well coated and glossy.
Serve the chicken and vegetables over the rice.
