Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

What You'll Need
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cut the biscuits into quarters using kitchen scissors or a knife and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
4. Add the cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheese, stirring until everything is well coated.
5. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the mixture so they’re evenly covered with the creamy sauce.
6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
9. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
