2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese½ cup grated Parmesan cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)¾ cup cherry tomatoes2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Sear shrimp in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Set aside.In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.Spread pasta mixture evenly into the baking dish.Arrange shrimp on top and scatter cherry tomatoes around.Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the dish.Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.Garnish with green onions or parsley. Serve warm.
