Cheesy Garlic Butter Beef Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
4 tbsp butter, divided
1 small onion, diced
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1½ cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups grated Parmesan
1½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving a little pasta water.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet. Cook the onion until soft, then stir in the garlic.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
Reduce the heat and stir in the remaining butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in the Parmesan, cheddar, and 1 cup mozzarella until melted. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.
Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, cover until melted, then garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and black pepper.
