Cheesy Bacon Beef Crescent Rolls

🛒 Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
6–8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cook the fillingHeat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat. Drain excess fat.
SeasonAdd garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Prepare the doughPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles, pressing seams together.
AssembleSpoon beef mixture onto each dough piece.Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped bacon.
Roll & bakeRoll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
ServeGarnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
