Blueberry Pie Bombs

Ingredients:
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• 1 cup blueberry pie filling
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
• Powdered sugar, for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Spoon a small amount of cream cheese mixture in the center, then top with blueberry pie filling.
Carefully fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
