Banana Walnut Caramel Cold Cake (No Oven)

📝 Ingredients
For the base:
200 g de galletas tipo María o Digestive
100g of melted butter
For the filling:
400g cream cheese (Philly style)
200 ml Whipping Cream (Whipping Cream, Minimum 35% MG)
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 ripe bananas smashed
6 gelatin sheets (or 10 g gelatin powder)
To decorate:
2 banana slices
100 g of walnuts
Cherries in the Moroccan
Caramel sauce (taste)
Some melted chocolate (optional)
👩 🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Base:
Mash cookies to smithereens
Mix them with melted butter.
Place the mixture into a square or round mold (pressing well).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes so it hardens.
2️⃣ Fill up:
Moisturize jelly in cold water for 5 minutes.
Whip cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Add the crushed banana and mix well.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cream and dissolve the drained jelly.
Incorporate that mixture into the stuffing.
Whip up the rest of the cream and add it with wrapping moves.
Pour over base and snack minimum 4 hours (best overnight).
3️⃣ Decoration:
Put in the banana slices.
Just add walnuts and cherries.
Decorate with caramel sauce and melted chocolate.
