Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast.
Stuff each pocket with asparagus and mozzarella cheese.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian herbs before cooking.
Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for a twist!
