Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
While the shrimp cook, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes if using.
Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
Toss gently, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Thawed shrimp work best for even cooking.
Add extra lemon juice before serving for a brighter flavor.
Serve with rice, pasta, salad, or roasted vegetables.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
